Abstract

When you replace the imported electronic components, used in electronic responsible equipment, for russian analogues raised the problem of providing the required level of its reliability. Because of the instability of the technological process of manufacturing quality, reliability, and parameter values of these analogues have greater, compared with imported components, variability. In practice, therefore, is it necessary to conduct a preliminary selection of samples with a view to selecting the most appropriate for a particular type of electronic equipment. Such a procedure is performed using statistical pattern recognition, considering the large number of influencing factors of normal distribution. This article focuses on the calculation of probabilities of selection error.
